        Is this cooling rack only designed for Avalon A1566HA miners?

        No. The standard configuration is designed for Avalon A1566HA 2U Hydro miners, but the system can also be customized for other compatible 2U Hydro miners.

        Rack layout, cooling connections, quick connectors, coolant distribution, and system configuration can be prepared according to the miner models used in your project.

        Can this rack support overclocked 2U Hydro miners?

        Yes. The system supports up to 120kW of total miner load and is suitable for high-performance and overclocked Hydro mining operation.

        For Avalon A1566HA miners, standard operating power leaves additional system capacity that can be used for higher-performance operation while keeping the total miner load within the rack's 120kW design limit.

        Can different 2U Hydro miner models be installed in the same rack?

        Yes. Mixed-model deployment can be supported through customization.

        If different compatible 2U Hydro miners are used in the same rack, the cooling interfaces, quick connectors, branch layout, and operating requirements can be matched before shipment. This is useful for mining farms that already operate more than one Hydro miner model.

        Why is the system rated at 120kW if 12 Avalon miners use less power at standard settings?

        The additional capacity provides useful headroom for overclocking, power variation, and high-load continuous operation.

        Instead of designing the cooling system exactly around the miners' standard power consumption, the 120kW capacity gives operators more flexibility to increase performance without immediately replacing the cooling infrastructure.

        Is 8m³/h enough coolant flow for a fully populated 12-miner rack?

        Yes. The system provides a rated circulation flow of 8m³/h, while the specified minimum coolant circulation requirement is at least 0.6m³/h per miner.

        For 12 miners, the combined minimum requirement is approximately 7.2m³/h, so the circulation system is designed to support a fully populated rack.

        Are the cooling connections prepared before shipment?

        Yes. The cooling interfaces and quick connectors can be prepared according to the selected 2U Hydro miners before shipment.

        This reduces additional fitting and piping work during installation and allows miners to connect directly to the corresponding coolant supply and return branches once the rack arrives on site.

        Does this 12-slot rack still include industrial control and safety systems?

        Yes. Even though this is a 12-slot compact hydro cooling rack, it is still equipped with a full industrial-grade control and safety system.

        The system includes a PLC-based control unit for real-time monitoring and automated operation management, as well as leak detection sensors to ensure safe operation of the liquid cooling loop.
