Product Description
Designed for efficient and flexible ASIC mining deployment, this 20-slot split-type hydro cooling cabinet supports up to 200kW of cooling capacity for WhatsMiner hydro miners.
Its separated cabinet and heat dissipation design allows the cooling equipment to be positioned according to actual site conditions, making installation easier across different mining environments. The system can be paired with a customized CDU and heat rejection equipment based on the required cooling load, miner configuration, and deployment space.
With a practical modular structure, it provides a reliable starting point for hydro-cooled mining operations while leaving room for future system adjustments and expansion.
Core Advantages
01. Integrated All-in-One Design
The rack, CDU, power cabinet, and controller are all built into one single cabinet. Once delivered, simply connect the water pipes and power cables to start running—no complex assembly required.
02. Leak-Proof Valve System
High-seal manifolds and reinforced pipes prevent coolant leaks at the source. Red and blue valves control hot and cold water; simply turn them off to isolate lines during maintenance with zero spills.
03. PDU Individual Breakers
The PDU power panel features a 1-to-1 breaker design, giving every single miner its own dedicated switch. If one unit needs servicing, just trip its specific breaker without affecting the rest of the rack.
04. Bottom Water Leak Detection
A water-sensing rope is installed along the bottom edge of the cabinet. If coolant leaks to the floor, it triggers an instant alarm so onsite staff can fix it before any miners get damaged.
05. Durable Fittings & Solid Build
Features 304 stainless steel manifolds, industry-standard aviation plugs, and reinforced high-pressure tubing with manual ball valves. Solidly sealed and durable for long-term use.
06. Customizable & Expandable CDU
The CDU shown is fully customizable and expandable. We can adjust its cooling capacity, pump specs, and expansion ports based on your specific site conditions, miner count, and heat rejection equipment.
Modular 1-to-N Infrastructure Scalability
The 1-to-N modular design enables flexible power expansion from 200kW up to 1,000kW, allowing mining sites to scale based on evolving demand. Featuring a customized high-flow pump system and a dedicated power control cabinet, this solution ensures reliable management across multiple racks—eliminating the need for major infrastructure overhauls as your hashrate grows.

"Deploying two separate 1-to-1 systems was a practical choice for our site. Since each 20-slot rack has its own dedicated CDU and radiator, we have complete redundancy. If we need to perform maintenance on one loop, the other rack continues to hash without any interruption. It’s a very reliable way to manage our 2U hardware."
— Infrastructure Lead, Oman Mining Site
"The 1-to-5 configuration allowed us to scale our hashrate quickly while keeping the warehouse organized. The customized high-flow CDU maintains perfect water pressure across all 100 miners. Having a dedicated power cabinet for the whole cluster makes electrical monitoring much easier and safer for our technicians."

20-Slot Whatsminer 2U Modular Hydro Cooling Rack FAQs
Can a 200kW cooling rack run 20 WhatsMiner Hydro miners?
Yes, provided the combined miner load remains within the system's 200kW capacity.
The rack provides 20 individual miner positions and is designed for compatible WhatsMiner M53, M63, and M73 series Hydro miners. Actual total power should always be calculated according to the exact miner model and operating mode before deployment.
Does this cooling rack support overclocked WhatsMiner Hydro miners?
Yes. The system is designed to support high-power and overclocked WhatsMiner Hydro mining deployments.
With up to 200kW of miner load capacity, it provides sufficient cooling and circulation capacity for high-performance operation. The actual number of miners and overclocking level should be configured according to the combined power consumption of the installed miners to keep the total load within the system's rated capacity.
Can different WhatsMiner Hydro models be installed in the same rack?
Compatible M53, M63, and M73 series miners can be deployed in the same rack, provided their physical dimensions, electrical requirements, cooling connections, and total power load are compatible with the system.
The exact miner combination should be confirmed before installation, especially when mixing different generations or power levels.
How does the system keep sufficient coolant flow across 20 miners?
The rack uses a centralized circulation system with automatic pressure regulation and constant-flow PLC control.
The system has a rated circulation flow of 13m³/h, while each miner branch requires sufficient individual coolant flow. Correct flow distribution is important because adequate total system flow does not automatically guarantee equal flow through every miner.
Are the quick connectors included with the cooling rack?
Yes. The required quick connectors are prepared and installed before shipment according to the compatible WhatsMiner Hydro miners.
During installation, the miner's cooling inlet and outlet can be connected directly to the corresponding supply and return lines on the rack, reducing on-site piping work and simplifying deployment.
Can individual miners be managed without controlling the entire rack?
Yes. Each miner position is designed with individual control, while the complete cooling rack is centrally managed through a PLC system.
The PLC monitors key operating conditions such as power, coolant temperature, flow, pressure, and network status. MODBUS-RTU communication is also supported for integration with site-level monitoring and control systems.
What electrical infrastructure is required for a fully loaded 20-miner rack?
A 20-miner Hydro deployment requires industrial three-phase electrical infrastructure sized for the actual miner load plus the cooling and control equipment.
The system should not be sized only around the miners' nominal power. Pumps, control equipment, external heat-rejection equipment, circuit protection, cables, and any planned high-performance or overclocking modes should also be included in the electrical design.
Can multiple 200kW racks be added as the mining farm expands?
Yes. The rack-based design is suitable for modular expansion.
A site can start with one 20-miner rack and add additional racks as power and cooling capacity become available. For larger deployments, the total electrical capacity, coolant distribution, pumping system, heat-rejection capacity, piping layout, and centralized monitoring should be planned at the site level rather than treating each rack independently.
