Can I pick-up the machine by myself?

Yes, we support self pick-up. And if you have your own forwarder, we will ship the machine to your forwarder's address. We only guarantee logistics for domestic transportation, and subsequent international transportation should be arranged with your forwarder.

Can I visit your warehouse in person before placing an order?

Yes, we welcome our customers from all over the world to visit our warehouses. If it is not convient for you, we can send you pictures or videos upon request.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped. Additionally, our sales representative will contact you via Telegram or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery information.

Will the price of miners fluctuate frequently?

What payment method we accept?

If you would like to place an order via our official website, you can pay directy with cryptocurrency, such as USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Kaspa etc.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

For in stock miners, you need to pay in full amount.
For the pre orders, we can accept 50%~80% deposit first, and will infrom you to pay the balance before shipment.

Can I can cancel my order after payment done?

All items are non-refundable and orders not cancelable.

All cryptocurrency payments on the website we receive are automatically exchanged to USDT. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you for a refund. The refund amount will be the USD price at the time you ordered the product. If the product price fluctuates, we will contact you to negotiate the difference. Do I have to pay for my order at the time of placing the order?

What is customs clearance?

Customs clearance is a compulsory process for any goods entering or leaving a country. It requires the submission of various export and import documentation, as well as the payment of duties, VAT and any additional costs such as storage and testing by customs agents.
Citizens should pay import duties to the customs according to law based on different customs policies of various countries and regions.

How do you pay customs charges?

Most importers and exporters will have a freight forwarder or customs broker that pays customs charges on their behalf, saving them the trouble of paying it themselves. If the importer manages their own shipments, they’ll typically be sent an invoice detailing the charges once the goods arrive in the country. These will need to be paid before the goods are released for onward transport.
In certain circumstances, the importer won’t be liable for the payment of import charges. It will depend which incoterms (International Commercial Terms) has been agreed between the importer and supplier (exporter).

How long does customs clearance take?

Customs clearance is typically completed in minutes or hours, but it can extend to days or weeks if there are missing documentation or if the goods needs to be inspected. In such cases the goods will be held until the necessary documentation has been provided or customs agents have completed their checks.

The amount of documentation required for customs clearance will vary by country, but the following documents are required in the majority of countries:

Shipping and Logistics

How long does it take for the machines in stock to be shipped out?

Machines in stock will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. If there are special circumstances, we will contact you to discuss the solution.

When will the futures be shipped out?

The shipping date of futures will be determined according to information from the manufacturer. And we will mark the expected delivery time on the product page for reference.We will arrange the shipment as soon as we receive the machines.

What should I do if my package has not been updated for a long time?

If there is an abnormality in the logistics process, please contact our sales representative or consult the logistics company for verification.

Will the used machines be tested before shipment?

Although there is no warranty or after-sales service for used machines, we will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there is no problem with the machine before shipment.

How long does it take to arrive after shipment?

Generally, it takes 5-10 business days to arrive after shipment. DDP will take about 15 business days. However, if there are any issues during customs clearance, there may be some delays. If the receiver has experience with importing goods or customs clearance, it can help facilitate the process.

After-sales Support

Will manufacturers offer a warranty to all machines?

Manufacturers provide a 6-12 month warranty on all new machines. The specific warranty terms are determined according to the policy of each manufacturer. However, there is no warranty or after-sales service for used or refurbished machines. We will send test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the parcel to you, ensuring that there are no problems with the machine before shipment.

What should I do if my machine fails?

The Apexto Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. If necessary, they are ready to provide you with professional help and repair your mining equipment. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the device to our center for repair.
