Designed for flexible Avalon 2U hydro mining deployments, this 20-slot 200kW split-type hydro cooling rack provides a scalable foundation for customized mining infrastructure.
The separated rack and heat dissipation configuration allows the cooling system to be arranged according to available space, site conditions, and project requirements. Its modular architecture supports customized CDU capacity, pump configuration, and heat rejection equipment, making it easier to match different cooling loads and deployment plans. The system can also be expanded with additional cooling or supporting equipment as mining capacity grows.
Suitable for warehouses, indoor facilities, and phased mining projects, it provides a flexible approach to building and upgrading hydro-cooled mining infrastructure.

01. Integrated All-in-One Design
The rack, CDU, power cabinet, and controller are all built into one single cabinet. Once delivered, simply connect the water pipes and power cables to start running—no complex assembly required.
02. Leak-Proof Valve System
High-seal manifolds and reinforced pipes prevent coolant leaks at the source. Red and blue valves control hot and cold water; simply turn them off to isolate lines during maintenance with zero spills.
03. PDU Individual Breakers
The PDU power panel features a 1-to-1 breaker design, giving every single miner its own dedicated switch. If one unit needs servicing, just trip its specific breaker without affecting the rest of the rack.
04. Bottom Water Leak Detection
A water-sensing rope is installed along the bottom edge of the cabinet. If coolant leaks to the floor, it triggers an instant alarm so onsite staff can fix it before any miners get damaged.
05. Durable Fittings & Solid Build
Features 304 stainless steel manifolds, industry-standard aviation plugs, and reinforced high-pressure tubing with manual ball valves. Solidly sealed and durable for long-term use.
06. Customizable & Expandable CDU
The CDU shown is fully customizable and expandable. We can adjust its cooling capacity, pump specs, and expansion ports based on your specific site conditions, miner count, and heat rejection equipment.

The 1-to-N modular design enables flexible power expansion from 200kW up to 1,000kW, allowing mining sites to scale based on evolving demand. Yes. The rack is designed for up to 20 Avalon A1566HA Hydro miners and provides up to 200kW of installed miner capacity.
For example, the A1566HA 500T is rated at approximately 8.064kW per miner, so 20 units require about 161kW at rated power. This keeps a fully populated rack comfortably within the 200kW system capacity.
The additional capacity provides operating headroom rather than sizing the cooling infrastructure exactly to the miners' nominal power.
This gives the system more flexibility for different A1566HA versions, normal power variation, and continuous high-load operation while avoiding a design that operates permanently at its maximum capacity.
Yes. Compatible A1566HA Hydro versions can be installed together in the same 20-slot rack.
For example, the 500T and 460T versions use the same 2U-sized chassis dimensions, while their rated power differs slightly. This allows operators to replace or add miners without requiring every slot to use exactly the same hashrate version.
