The 154-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Rack is an industrial-grade indoor cooling solution designed for high-density, megawatt-scale crypto mining. Engineered to host up to 154 Antminer S19/S21/S23 Hydro servers, this system delivers 847kW of thermal cooling capacity within a space-efficient footprint.
Its advanced design integrates a high-capacity 630A residual current circuit breaker and a robust 15kW vertical multistage pump. These technical features maintain a steady 0.2 to 0.4 MPa pipeline pressure and ensure balanced, low-resistance fluid distribution across all active slots.
Built with a heavy-duty structural steel frame certified for global standards, the system accommodates a total circulating coolant volume of at least 1.6 cubic meters. Backed by a 380V CUL-certified frequency converter, it safeguards hardware longevity and simplifies scalable site deployment.

Yes. The slot dimensioning and water pipe manifolds are fully standardized to accommodate mixed deployments of Antminer S19, S21, and S23 Hydro models. This allows site operators to easily upgrade individual units without modifying the rack structure or replacing any standard plumbing connections.
The system ships pre assembled and pressure tested directly from our factory to minimize initial setup effort. On site commissioning typically takes less than one day, requiring only the standard connections of external water pipelines, main power input cables, and network switch lines.
We recommend checking water conductivity monthly and inspecting the Y strainers for debris. A complete coolant replacement and system flush are typically required once a year, ensuring maximum heat transfer efficiency and protecting all internal cooling channels of your valuable mining hardware.
