FAQs
The standard input requires 380V - 415V Three-Phase Electricity. At full load (approx. 50kW), the rack draws around 72A to 76A per phase. You must prepare a dedicated circuit breaker of at least 100A to ensure safe operation without tripping.
You must use Deionized Water or high-purity distilled water for the internal loop. Never use tap water, as mineral mineral deposits (scale) will quickly clog the miner’s micro-channels and overheat the chips.
- Winter: If the ambient temperature drops below 0°C (32°F), you must blend the distilled water with specialized propylene glycol antifreeze (usually a 30% to 50% ratio depending on how cold it gets) to prevent the pipelines and dry cooler from cracking.
- Summer: The matching 50kW Dry Cooler is designed to dissipate full thermal heat up to 40°C (104°F) ambient temperature. If your local summer regularly exceeds 42°C, need an auxiliary water mist/spray kit to help cool down the dry cooler fins.
- Indoor Rack: Around 50 to 55 dB. It only houses the water pump and small control fans, producing a sound similar to a running household refrigerator.
- Outdoor Dry Cooler: Around 65 to 70 dB at 1 meter distance under full load. The noise comes from the large industrial cooling fans. It should be placed outdoors, away from your neighbor's bedroom windows.
The standard 9-slot rack has an approximate size of 800 x 1000 x 1600 mm. The net weight without miners is around 150 kg. It can fit through standard doorways and garage entrances easily.
The rack uses industrial-grade Quick-Disconnect (QD) fittings with internal valving. When you plug or unplug a miner for maintenance, the valves automatically snap shut on both sides, ensuring no coolant leaks onto the electrical components.
