1-to-1 Dry Cooler Setup: 36-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Cabinet in Abu Dhabi

Deploying our antminer hydro cooling cabinet with a dedicated dry cooler gave an Abu Dhabi facility a simple way to run miners without municipal water lines. In desert regions where water supplies are restricted or costly, this standalone 196kW system was placed directly on the paved yard. The 36-slot cabinet holds up to 36 Antminer hydro machines in one compact footprint.

The installation uses a clean 1-to-1 layout: one V-shaped dry cooler, one central pump skid, and one cabinet linked by flexible braided hoses. With pumps, expansion vessels, and valves pre-assembled on the skid, the crew completed the closed loop in two days without digging trenches or welding rigid pipe.

Operating completely waterless, the closed circuit circulates coolant through the dry cooler without evaporation, eliminating daily water refills. Keeping the entire 196kW setup self-contained on the pavement makes servicing easy—technicians inspect pump pressure on the skid panel, letting the 36 Antminers hash continuously without complicated external plumbing.
