Central Tower Powers Four 36-Slot Hydro Cabinets in Almaty

Project Description

Connecting our 36-slot antminer hydro cabinet into a shared cooling loop solved an indoor space bottleneck for an Almaty warehouse in Kazakhstan. With roughly 800kW of power available, the operator wanted to keep the floor open. Installing 4 units of the 196kW system allowed them to house 144 Bitmain Antminer hydro machines.

The setup links all four cabinets to one central cooling tower through a middle pump skid. Stainless headers run along the floor, using flexible lines to feed each rack. Centralized pressure controls on the skid allowed the crew to balance fluid loops across all 144 Antminer slots in three days.

Running 144 Antminers off a single cooling tower freed up substantial warehouse floor space for future expansion. The central CDU keeps fluid pressure identical across all four racks, giving technicians easy operational control from the main screen while keeping maintenance down to a simple weekly check of the water strainer.
