Matching 800kW Power: 24-Slot Liquid Cooling Cabinet Setup

Leaving unused electricity on the table was not an option for this Oregon warehouse facility. With an available 800kW power block locked in for Phase 1, the site needed modular hardware that could match that exact capacity without oversizing. Deploying 6 units of our 132kW 24-Slot Modular Liquid Cooling Cabinet solved the math—each rack draws roughly 132kW, bringing total draw to 792kW and maximizing the utility feed with zero stranded power.

As shown on the warehouse floor, the installation connects all six cabinets directly to a centralized pump skid and pressurized expansion vessel through pre-insulated piping. In a multi-tenant industrial park, eliminating loud exhaust fans was critical. The closed hydronic loop keeps the indoor room quiet enough for normal conversation while holding coolant supply steady at 33°C across the Antminer fleet, leaving clear floor access to add another cabinet row for Phase 2.
