Few regional mining operators can afford to build out full-scale electrical and cooling capacity on day one. For an expanding hub in Tbilisi, Georgia, the priority was capital flexibility—installing a centralized liquid cooling backbone that could scale alongside their Bitmain Antminer hydro fleet as cash flow grew.

The setup anchors around an oversized dry cooler and a high-flow central CDU station on the warehouse floor. Flexible braided lines connect the manifold branches directly into each unit of our 132kW 24-Slot Modular Hydro Cabinet. Built specifically for Antminer hydro series units, each rack features factory-spaced quick-connect fittings, allowing the crew to simply plug new 24-slot cabinets into the live system without re-engineering the primary plumbing.

Today, the 1-to-5 cluster draws 660kW across 120 Antminer hydro slots. Fluid pressure stays balanced across every shelf, allowing the site crew to service individual water blocks or add more machines without draining the main glycol loop.
