1-to-9 Setup: 28-Slot Antminer Hydro Cabinet in Southeast Asia

Running our antminer hydro cabinet across a 1-to-9 setup solved a common hydraulic hurdle for a 1.4MW warehouse in Southeast Asia. In tropical heat, pumping fluid across nine racks often causes pressure loss at the far end. The operator deployed 9 units of our 154kW system to support 252 Antminer hydro machines.

To eliminate flow decay, the site uses a customized high-flow CDU feeding central stainless manifolds along the floor. Each 28-slot rack draws equal fluid volume through pre-balanced valves. A standalone power cabinet keeps high-voltage breakers completely isolated from water lines for safer, cleaner electrical management.

Having a standalone power cabinet completely changed daily operations for the site crew. Technicians handle routine pump checks and valve adjustments in a dry, low-risk area without opening live breaker enclosures. All nine racks continue running at balanced pressure, requiring only a single part-time technician to oversee the entire 252-miner floor.
