Project Description

Deploying our modular liquid cooling cabinet gave a Texas facility the flexibility to expand hashrate in stages rather than all at once. The operator installed 7 units of the 154kW system to build out a 1MW cluster. Built for Antminer S19, S21, and S23 hydro machines, each 28-slot rack fits neatly on the warehouse floor.

The facility uses a practical 1-to-7 split layout: one customized CDU and a separate power cabinet run all seven racks. Keeping water infrastructure separated from electrical gear allows technicians to inspect valves without touching high-voltage breakers. This modular design let the team plug in new racks as more site power became available.

Even during hot Texas summers when warehouse temperatures topped 38°C (100°F), the central CDU maintained balanced water pressure across all 196 slots. Routine upkeep requires only basic filter checks at the pump skid, keeping the Antminer fleet hashing without needing modifications to the primary water lines.v
