The dry tower features split fan banks specifically assigned to individual A and B loops. Under partial loads or during single pump maintenance, the central PLC independently powers down unused fan segments to optimize operational electricity overhead and overall system PUE.
Integrating high precision sensors with the central PLC, the motorized louver style fans close automatically during sudden desert sandstorms or extreme blizzards. This active weather tight protection prevents external dust, sand, or freezing air from entering the container, ensuring stable onsite operations.
The fully assembled container is officially certified as a standard legal ISO shipping unit, allowing seamless international transit by vessel, rail, or truck. This turnkey logistics design eliminates any costly onsite structural reassembly, saving operators up to four weeks of standard setup time.
