Apexto 1.2MW Hydro Container Project

Project Description

Near Santiago, Chile, an institutional developer secured 12MW of grid capacity adjacent to high-voltage transmission lines, seeking rapid deployment without extensive site modifications. To eliminate the engineering complexity of external cooling towers, we delivered 10 units of our 1.2MW 210-Slot Integrated Antminer Hydro Mining Container 40FT HQ, establishing a high-efficiency liquid cooling bitcoin mining facility.

Each 40FT high-cube enclosure integrates factory-sealed closed-loop cooling towers, fluid circulation circuits, and power switchgear within a single chassis. By eliminating external water piping and separate radiator banks, on-site civil works were limited to simple concrete strip footings, enabling complete electrical interconnection and mechanical commissioning in under 75 days.

Now fully operational in Chile’s semi-arid Mediterranean climate, the facility sustains continuous full-load hashrates with an operating PUE below 1.04. The self-contained cooling circuits prevent fluid contamination from airborne dust, while the automated towers keep ASIC temperatures well within nominal limits year-round, minimizing physical servicing across this 12MW liquid cooling bitcoin mining site.
