    Description

    The MicroBT Whatsminer M53 is a hydro-cooled Bitcoin mining device that uses the SHA-256 algorithm. It has a hashrate of 226 TH/s with a power consumption of 6554W. The miner is designed to operate in temperatures between 0-40°C and at altitudes less than or equal to 2000m. The miner size without package is 86mm*482.6mm*663mm and weighs 27.5 kg. It is designed to operate in temperatures between 0-40°C and at altitudes less than or equal to 2000m.

    For now the company has decided to go ahead and design the heavy duty M53 as a flat box with the fewest ports required, and the cooling of the water system, which has a positive effect on noise in operation. Unlike the traditional air-cooled ASIC miners of the M50 and M50S, the M53 is a completely different water-cooled miner with twice the power consumption of a server rack.

    We use a batch process for all the miners orders , and that we have each batch at quite limited quantities .The price of different batches of miners is different even though it’s the same model of miner . They are selling pretty fast. Regarding the highly variable and demanded market , the price could be different every day for in stock miners . So there is a possibility that the miner’s price has gone up when we receive your payment and we need to refund you for the order .

    2 – About inventory miners 

    The inventory miner delivery date will be 3-7 working days. Once we receive your order, we will immediately notify our technical center staff to test the machine you have ordered to ensure that it is running well. We will also send you a video for confirmation. We will ship the machine to you only after we make sure that all the performance of the machine is fine. Then, we will deliver the machine to our freight forwarder for shipping. We will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email for details.

    3 – About preorder miners

    The actual delivery date of the pre-order miner depends on the factory’s delivery date of the miner. We will indicate the estimated delivery month of the pre-order miner on the order page so that you can make a consideration. However, there may still be a delay in delivery. For one, if the factory’s delivery date is delayed, then the delivery of the Apexto miner will also be delayed. There is also the possibility that the factory will not be able to produce the miner in the expected time, in which case we will process a refund for your order.

    Warranty Service

    During the warranty period, we will undertake to repair, or based on our sole discretion, to replace a defective product by an identical or similar (e.g. newer) version of the product, unless the defect was the result of Warranty limitations. 

    The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product, part, or component to our service processing facility shall be carried by the product owner. If the product, part, or component is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

    Warranty Period for GTX Graphic Card series

    • A three-month warranty is provided for all products under GTX Graphic Card series when used for mining.
    • A three-year warranty is provided for all products under GTX Graphic Card series when used for gaming.

    Warranty Period for all Miners

    • The warranty period for brand new machines is 6 months
    • No warranty period for used machines
    • Antminer S19 series machine warranty period is 1 year
