Wedged on a narrow gravel strip beside grain silos in Ohio, this 5.6MW facility faced severe boundary constraints. Standard 40-foot enclosures exceeded plot limits. We delivered 4 units of our 1.4MW 240-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 20FT HQ, using the ultra-compact 20ft hydro mining container frame to unlock substation capacity on restricted rural land.

Placed beside paired dry coolers, each container connects directly to adjacent pad-mounted transformers via short conduit runs. Internally, oversized hydronic manifolds deliver balanced flow across all 240 server slots. This pre-calibrated piping eliminated internal pressure drops, allowing crews to complete physical staging and fluid charging within three weeks.

The 960-miner plant operated at continuous full load throughout humid Midwest summer heatwaves with zero hotspot-related thermal down-clocking. Uniform coolant distribution kept chip junction temperatures stable, fully monetizing stranded utility power on a site parcel previously considered too small for a commercial mining facility.
