Traditional cooling setups would have required extensive field pipe welding and civil prep. Instead, each unit arrived factory-assembled with internal power distribution and top-mounted hybrid cooling towers. Staging crews placed the enclosures directly onto concrete ribbons, slashing on-site installation labor by seventy-five percent and accelerating high-voltage grid energization.

During peak summer heat, the hybrid system sprays a thin water film across dry coils only when ambient temperatures spike, delivering a verified 1.017 operating PUE. The synchronized 20-container array maintains balanced loop pressures and steady supply fluid temperatures across the entire 24MW continuous load.
