Installing our antminer water cooler gave a DIY miner in Helsinki a simple way to warm his workshop while mining Bitcoin. Running electric space heaters through Finnish winters was driving power bills sky-high. The owner deployed 7 units of our 35kW heating model to heat the garage while hosting up to 42 Antminers.

The owner selected the heating version equipped with an internal plate heat exchanger. Instead of blowing dusty hot air like old air-cooled rigs, each cabinet ties directly into existing in-floor hydronic piping. Hot fluid transfers heat straight into the floor loops, spreading radiant warmth across the concrete slab without messy cables or ductwork.

The system completely replaced the building’s costly electric space heaters, providing all the heating needed to work comfortably in the garage all winter long. By recycling 245kW of miner heat into the floor, the setup cut seasonal utility expenses dramatically while keeping the workshop clean, organized, and remarkably quiet.
