The rack is specifically engineered for Antminer 3U hydro series miners, with factory-matched physical slots and hydraulic connections for Antminer U3S23H, U3S21EXPH, and U3S19XPH. The cabinet mounting rails, power distribution drops, and quick-connect water manifolds are custom-configured to match the exact chassis dimensions, inlet/outlet port spacing, and high-density thermal requirements of these specific 3U units.
This system is purpose-built for indoor industrial spaces—such as warehouses, factories, and indoor mining datacenters—allowing operators to build a high-density hydro farm without buying expensive outdoor containers. Ideal facility specifications include:
Power Capacity: Access to 3-phase industrial power (380V–480V) with ~1.7MW–1.8MW transformer capacity to run 135 miners plus auxiliary pumps.
Floor Loading: A reinforced concrete ground floor (slab-on-grade) capable of supporting an operating wet weight of ~800–1,000 kg/m ².
Ceiling & Space: Minimum 2.8m clear ceiling height to accommodate top-mounted water headers and electrical cable ladders, with at least 1.2m front/rear aisle space for maintenance.
External Access: Easy pipeline routing access to an outdoor area for connecting closed-circuit cooling towers or dry coolers.
The rack system houses the indoor hydraulic and electrical infrastructure (CDU, manifolds, smart PDUs, and control systems). To reject the 1.62MW of heat outdoors, it must connect to an external closed-circuit cooling tower or industrial dry cooler. The system features standard industrial flange connections and is optimized for typical supply water temperatures of 25°C to 35°C and return temperatures of 50°C to 60°C.
Before powering on your U3S23H, U3S21EXPH, or U3S19XPH miners, complete this essential commissioning checklist to ensure safe operation and prevent hardware damage:
Pressure & Leak Hold Test: Perform a static pressure test on the entire piping loop (typically holding 0.4–0.6 MPa for 2–4 hours) to verify zero leaks across all quick-connect couplings and manifold joints.
Air Bleeding (Deaeration): Run the circulation pumps and bleed all trapped air from every cabinet manifold and miner cold plate until fluid pressure and flow rates are completely stable.
Coolant Quality Check: Ensure the coolant (DI/RO pure water or approved glycol mix) has an electrical conductivity below 20 µS/cm and correct inhibitor concentrations.
Valve & Flow Confirmation: Confirm that all supply and return branch valves are fully opened, and verify minimum required flow rate per slot on the CDU display.
Safety Sensor Verification: Test that the rope leak detection sensors, auto-shutoff solenoid valves, and PDU emergency trip interlocks are fully responsive.
