      Designed for high-density Antminer 3U hydro mining deployments, this 15-slot rack delivers up to 200kW of cooling capacity in a compact and scalable configuration.

      Its modular architecture allows the rack to be integrated with a customized CDU and heat dissipation system based on the actual miner load, site conditions, and cooling requirements. The separated cooling configuration also provides greater flexibility when planning equipment placement and future capacity expansion.

      Built for professional Bitcoin mining operations, this hydro cooling rack combines efficient heat management with a practical deployment structure, making it suitable for new mining sites, facility upgrades, and phased expansion projects.

        Can this system run 15 high-power Antminer 3U Hydro miners at the same time?

        Yes. The rack provides 15 dedicated positions for Antminer 3U Hydro miners and supports up to 200kW of total miner load.

        The system is designed for high-density, high-power deployment. When selecting miners or performance modes, the combined miner power should remain within the 200kW system capacity.

        Why does the cooling system use a 20m³/h circulation rate?

        The 200kW CDU is designed with a rated circulation flow of 20m³/h to provide stable coolant delivery across a fully populated 15-miner rack.

        The PLC maintains constant-flow operation with automatic pressure regulation, helping keep coolant distribution stable as operating conditions change.

        Can the system start and operate in very cold climates?

        Yes. The system is designed for operation from -25°C to 45°C and includes automatic heating, water refilling, and pressure-relief functions.

        The integrated 4-in-1 water tank also provides constant pressure, defoaming, refilling, and heating, helping prepare the cooling loop for reliable miner startup in low-temperature environments.

        What happens if there is a coolant leak, abnormal flow, pressure, or temperature?

        The system continuously monitors temperature, coolant flow, pressure, and leakage through multiple sensors.

        The PLC automatically manages pump and fan operation according to the target temperature, giving operators centralized visibility into cooling conditions and allowing abnormal operating conditions to be identified quickly.

        Can the system maintain 200kW cooling capacity in hot climates?

        Yes, the cooling configuration can be matched to the local climate.

        The standard 200kW dry cooler is rated at a 35°C ambient design condition with 55°C/40°C fluid inlet and outlet temperatures. For sites with higher summer temperatures, the heat-rejection configuration can be sized according to the actual maximum ambient temperature to maintain reliable cooling performance.

        Can the heat from a 200kW mining system be reused instead of discharged outdoors?

        Yes. An optional stainless-steel heat exchanger can be added for heat recovery, with outlet water temperatures of up to 80°C.

        Recovered mining heat can be used for applications such as building heating, swimming pools, greenhouses, aquaculture, or other processes that require hot water, turning waste heat into a usable energy source.

        What electrical infrastructure should be prepared for installation?

        The mining rack requires 3-phase 380–415V, 50/60Hz power, while the 200kW CDU supports 3-phase 380–480V, 50/60Hz.

        Site electrical capacity should be planned for the miners together with the CDU, dry cooler, pumps, PDU, protection equipment, and suitable operating margin rather than sizing the power system only around the miners.

        Can I expand from one 200kW system to a larger mining operation later?

        Yes. The cooling architecture is designed for modular capacity expansion from 200kW up to 1000kW.

        200kW, 600kW, 800kW, and 1000kW CDU configurations are available, allowing larger mining projects to plan cooling infrastructure around future capacity instead of rebuilding the entire system whenever additional mining power is added.
