420-Slot ASIC Liquid Cooling Container Project in Reykjavik
Project Description
A European investment firm contacted us with available power at a geothermal plant near Reykjavik, planning to build a zero-emission mining site. The project required specific technical adjustments due to the cold, high-humidity coastal climate and sulfur gases from the nearby geothermal plant.
For the client, we prepared a 5-container site, installed 2,100 ASIC units, and built the complete engineering infrastructure using our 2.4MW 420-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ. The setup included anti-corrosive marine paint, sealed closed-loop dry coolers, and factory-integrated fiber networking to protect the ASIC liquid cooling container systems from damp maritime air.
From equipment delivery to final electrical commissioning, the project took 4 months to complete. The facility was energized in 2024 and has been running stably at full capacity. Low-cost geothermal power and zero water costs ensure an estimated payback period of 18–20 months, proving that mid-to-large-scale liquid mining is highly profitable even in remote, harsh environments.

420-Slot Modular Bitcoin Mining Container Facility in Edmonton
Project Description
An institutional mining group in Edmonton, Alberta, contracted us to build a 28.8MW facility for their Antminer hydro fleet. We supplied 12 units of our 2.4MW 420-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ, establishing a 5,040-miner campus. Built with reinforced steel and fireproof insulation, each modular bitcoin mining container handles continuous 2,400kW thermal loads.
Crane crews rigged each unit onto concrete footings beside dedicated dry cooler banks. Because the containers included factory-installed Bitmain cabling, Gigabit fiber, and auto-reclosing breakers for utility grid protection, electrical work was limited to landing transformer feeds. Piping and hydrostatic pressure testing across all 12 units finished in seven weeks.
Running under a sustained 28.8MW draw, the redundant water loops maintain inlet temperatures below 35°C across all 5,040 active ASICs. The oversized stainless manifolds eliminate flow friction, holding the plant's operating PUE at 1.03 with zero chip throttling during continuous peak production.

25.2MW Turnkey Bitcoin Mining Infrastructure in Addis Ababa, Ethiopi
Project Description
Securing a direct 25.2MW tap from a renewable substation outside Addis Ababa, an overseas investment group needed rapid infrastructure to utilize Ethiopia’s low-cost hydropower. Because regional supply chains for high-voltage electrical switchgear are limited, we delivered 12 units of our 2.1MW 364-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ, providing a complete turnkey bitcoin mining infrastructure housing 4,368 miners.
At an elevation exceeding 2,300 meters, thinner air reduces natural heat convection. We compensated by integrating oversized closed-loop dry coolers and mounting overhead green shade netting to block intense equatorial solar radiation. Factory pre-wiring allowed our engineers to bypass local equipment shortages, completing substation busbar connections, transformer landings, and primary water loop testing in ten weeks.
The 25.2MW facility runs at continuous capacity on 100% clean hydroelectric power. Supply coolant remains safely below 36°C even during peak midday sun, maintaining an operating PUE of 1.038 across all 4,368 Antminer hydro ASICs without high-altitude thermal derating.

Scaling 10 x 2.1MW 364-Slot Antminer Hydro Containers in Dubai
Project Description
The client secured 21MW of substation capacity near Dubai, but their plot was too narrow for standard containers with separate ground radiator yards. To solve the space constraint, we supplied 10 units of our 2.1MW 364-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ. Mounting the cooling units directly on the container roofs allowed all 3,640 miner slots to fit onto a single concrete apron.
Because UAE labor regulations restrict outdoor work during extreme midday summer heat, having internal switchgear, cabling, and hydraulic pumps pre-assembled at the factory was critical. On site, field work was strictly limited to craning the units onto footings, landing transformer feeds, and filling the water loops. The entire ten-container plant reached energization in eight weeks.
Since entering operation, the site has run continuously through summer ambient highs of 48°C (118°F). The closed-loop rooftop coolers keep supply water temperatures below 38°C, preventing chip down-clocking across all 3,640 hydro miners while holding the overall site PUE steady at 1.04.

25.5MW Water-Cooled Bitcoin Mining Facility in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Project Description
Located directly beside a high-voltage substation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we deployed a 25.5MW water-cooled bitcoin mining facility across 15 units of our 1.7MW 308-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ. Housing 4,620 active ASICs, the setup incorporates custom overhead shade canopies to shield external cooling banks from intense Central Asian solar radiation.
Distributing fluid across 15 megawatt-scale containers required custom hydraulic manifolds to maintain stable loop pressure without flow decay. Each enclosure utilizes oversized stainless steel internal headers and smart balance valves, ensuring equal coolant delivery across every 308-slot bay. Factory pre-wiring allowed our engineering crews to complete substation tie-ins and site-wide mechanical commissioning in under 10 weeks.
Operating continuously through Tashkent’s dry 42°C (108°F) summers, the plant sustains equalized fluid distribution across all 4,620 miners without flow degradation or thermal throttling. The combined shade-cooler architecture maintains an operating PUE below 1.04, delivering steady full-load hash output across the entire 25.5MW load.

308-Slot Hydro Cooling Container Deployment in Atlanta, Georgia
Project Description
To host 1,800+ntminer hydro ASICs in Atlanta, Georgia, an industrial operator required high-density infrastructure optimized for machine capacity. We delivered 6 units of our 1.7MW 308-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ, building a 10.2MW turnkey facility. Each hydro cooling container packs 308 dedicated slots into a spacious 40-foot frame engineered to eliminate thermal hotspots across miner racks.
Delivered via flatbed convoy for rapid crane placement, each factory-tested unit features large-diameter stainless steel piping and precision valves for balanced coolant distribution. Paired with external cooling towers, our crews completed mechanical piping and electrical tie-ins across the 10.2MW site in under eight weeks.
Operating continuously in Georgia’s humid climate, the site maintains uniform chip temperatures across all 1,848 active miners with zero thermal throttling. The hydronic loop keeps the overall operating PUE at 1.035, securing uninterrupted, full-load hash output across every container bay.

12MW Liquid Cooling Bitcoin Mining Deployment in Santiago, Chile
Project Description
Near Santiago, Chile, an institutional developer secured 12MW of grid capacity adjacent to high-voltage transmission lines, seeking rapid deployment without extensive site modifications. To eliminate the engineering complexity of external cooling towers, we delivered 10 units of our 1.2MW 210-Slot Integrated Antminer Hydro Mining Container 40FT HQ, establishing a high-efficiency liquid cooling bitcoin mining facility.
Each 40FT high-cube enclosure integrates factory-sealed closed-loop cooling towers, fluid circulation circuits, and power switchgear within a single chassis. By eliminating external water piping and separate radiator banks, on-site civil works were limited to simple concrete strip footings, enabling complete electrical interconnection and mechanical commissioning in under 75 days.
Now fully operational in Chile’s semi-arid Mediterranean climate, the facility sustains continuous full-load hashrates with an operating PUE below 1.04. The self-contained cooling circuits prevent fluid contamination from airborne dust, while the automated towers keep ASIC temperatures well within nominal limits year-round, minimizing physical servicing across this 12MW liquid cooling bitcoin mining site.

Sub-Zero Hydro Bitcoin Mining: 8 x 1.2MW Deployment in Calgary, Canada
Project Description
eploying liquid-cooled ASIC miners in Alberta requires resilient crypto mining infrastructure built for heavy snow. For this 9.6MW hydro bitcoin mining project in Calgary, Canada, we installed 8 units of our 1.2MW 210-Slot Split-Type Antminer Hydro Mining Container 20FT HQ. Both the modular containers and closed-loop dry coolers were elevated on concrete piers to clear seasonal snow drifts.
To prevent fluid freeze-ups during cold climate bitcoin mining, the split-type system integrates automated glycol loops and bypass valves that keep the water-cooled bitcoin mining circuit warm. With pre-engineered switchgear and internal plumbing, our team completed this turnkey bitcoin mining facility in under 90 days before the winter freeze arrived.
Now an operational bitcoin mining data center, the site runs at continuous full load through sub-zero temperatures past -35°C (-31°F). The automated loop prevents cold-shock downtime, while freezing ambient air naturally drives the operating PUE down to 1.02, proving modular hydro cooling containers deliver stable hashrate density and zero-downtime efficiency in severe winter climates.

Project Overview
A major institutional operator in Uzbekistan was developing a 17MW facility and wanted to diversify its hardware across Antminer, Whatsminer, and Avalon.
The challenge was infrastructure compatibility. Each brand uses different plumbing, coolant flow rates, connectors, and power requirements. Instead of managing containers from multiple suppliers, the client needed one manufacturer to engineer a unified 17MW infrastructure supporting all three platforms.
