Antminer Hydro Kühlbehälter

Projektbeschreibung

Located directly beside a high-voltage substation in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, we deployed a 25.5MW water-cooled bitcoin mining facility across 15 units of our 1.7MW 308-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ. Housing 4,620 active ASICs, the setup incorporates custom overhead shade canopies to shield external cooling banks from intense Central Asian solar radiation.

Distributing fluid across 15 megawatt-scale containers required custom hydraulic manifolds to maintain stable loop pressure without flow decay. Each enclosure utilizes oversized stainless steel internal headers and smart balance valves, ensuring equal coolant delivery across every 308-slot bay. Factory pre-wiring allowed our engineering crews to complete substation tie-ins and site-wide mechanical commissioning in under 10 weeks.

Operating continuously through Tashkent’s dry 42°C (108°F) summers, the plant sustains equalized fluid distribution across all 4,620 miners without flow degradation or thermal throttling. The combined shade-cooler architecture maintains an operating PUE below 1.04, delivering steady full-load hash output across the entire 25.5MW load.
