Warehouse Delivery Options & Procedures
Hong Kong Delivery
Deposit or full payment required to lock stock and price; full payment must be made before pickup or shipment.
* Self-pickup: A self-pickup handling fee applies, and driver details must be provided at least half a day in advance for warehouse registration.
* Forwarded shipment: Customer provides the delivery address; we calculate real-time logistics costs. Customer prepays the logistics fee + Hong Kong handling fee.
Factory Delivery (Bulk orders 100+ units)
Deposit or full payment required to lock stock and price; full payment must be made before pickup or shipment.
* Self-pickup: Customer must provide required flight/shipment details. Shenzhen factory deliveries to the bonded warehouse incur extra fees; other factories allow direct pickup. Freight forwarders with a factory-issued Order ID can contact the factory directly.
* Forwarded shipment: Customer prepays real-time logistics costs. For Shenzhen factory shipments, an additional bonded warehouse delivery fee may apply (usually included by the forwarder)
U.S. Delivery
Deposit or full payment required to lock stock and price; full payment must be made before pickup or shipment.
* Self-pickup: Driver details must be provided at least one day in advance for warehouse registration.
* Forwarded shipment: Customer provides the delivery address, confirms estimated freight, and prepays the logistics fee before shipment.
