A closed cooling tower is more efficient in hotter climates as it uses evaporation to achieve lower coolant temperatures, but it requires a consistent water supply.
In a high-density 36-slot configuration, managing fluid pressure is critical. Our industrial high-flow manifolds and precision balancing valves ensure that every miner receives a uniform coolant volume. This eliminates heat pockets and ensures zero flow decay across the entire rack, even when operating at a full 196kW thermal load.
For large clusters (e.g., a 1-to-8 setup exceeding 1.5MW), electrical safety is paramount. The dedicated power cabinet utilizes UL-compliant components and heavy-duty copper busbars to handle massive current.
