Energizing a 26.4MW facility within forty-eight hours of equipment arrival was the central milestone of this buildout outside Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan. Facing fast-approaching winter blizzards, the operator deployed 10 units of our 2.64MW 480-Slot Antminer Hydro Cooling Container 40FT HQ, hosting 4,800 ASIC miners directly adjacent to a regional high-voltage grid substation.

Achieving that commissioning speed in freezing weather relied on complete factory pre-assembly. Each 40-foot container arrived with power switchgear, fiber backbones, and balanced CDU manifolds fully tested, eliminating field pipe welding and internal wiring. Once cranes positioned each chassis on concrete footings, the crew only needed to land transformer feeds and charge the closed-loop glycol circuits.

Today, the plant handles continuous heavy thermal loads through severe steppe freezes without chip down-clocking. Sealed heavy-gauge steel enclosures keep snowdrifts away from critical breakers, demonstrating how prewired modular hardware streamlines utility-scale hydro bitcoin mining under unforgiving winter conditions.
